2. All subscription fees and charges paid by clients are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Once a subscription is activated and access to research, recommendations, or reports is provided, no refund (full or partial) shall be issued under any circumstances.
4. Fees paid are for professional research services and intellectual property delivered during the subscription period.
5. Discontinuation or non-usage of services by the client shall not entitle the client to any refund.
6. Market losses, performance expectations, or changes in market conditions are not grounds for refund.
7. Clients are advised to carefully read all service details, fee structure, and terms before subscribing.
8. By making payment, the client confirms acceptance of this Refund Policy and the Terms & Conditions.
9. This policy is in line with applicable SEBI regulations governing Research Analysts.
